Not only did they personally return my forgotten hairbrush promptly, but they also provided top-notch ironing facilities that made my stay effortlessly comfortable. the spacious balcony with stunning city views was a delightful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's commitment to exceeding guest expectations, making my stay truly unforgettable.
